We do our best to process and ship orders quickly. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Shipping timelines vary based on your location and carrier performance.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delays, lost packages, or customs issues lies with the carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays or issues outside of our control.
We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
If your MinimalPad arrives with a defect or non-functional part, we may offer a replacement — but only if we determine the issue is due to a manufacturing fault and not user error or misuse.

We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.
All prices listed on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Any downloadable files provided through our website (such as firmware, build guides, or configuration files) are free to access and provided "as is", without warranty or guarantee of compatibility.
MinimalPad products may include components sourced from third-party vendors. While we carefully select our suppliers, we are not responsible for any issues arising from defects in these third-party parts beyond our control.
MinimalPad and Unbox Studio B.V. are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
